and out twice a day, the moon-driven tides that flow from Cape
Cod's idyllic Pleasant Bay bring nutrients to the surrounding
wetlands, which are spawning grounds for myriad sea creatures.
Visitors arrive, in and out on a less regular schedule, to marvel
at this quiet scene. Artists, vacationers, fishermen, naturalists
. . .all are drawn to this beautiful spot as if some tidal urge
were moving them as well. |
