Visitors to the island's village of roses
are captivated by its gentle appeal, world's away from the modern
world that seems sometimes to engulf us. With the roar of the
nearby surf muted in the background Siasconset has it all. Just
don't call it "sigh-a-skonset" or they'll know you're
a mainlander; it's simply pronounced "skonset". |
